1 beef brisket
2/3 c. soy sauce
1 c. beef broth
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. garlic salt Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together soy sauce, beef broth, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Salt, pepper, and paprika meat. Cook covered for 3-4 hours at 325 degrees F. Drain. Save liquid and freeze to use another time. Cool meat and slice. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cooled meat. Heat about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot.
