3 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetables

Biscuits:
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2/3 tbsp. oil
3/4 - 1 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Mix in flour and let it get bubbly. Add chicken broth and milk. Thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put chicken and vegetables in a casserole dish, cover with gravy, and top with biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
