1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
6 oz. frozen pea pods
4 oz. canned sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Set aside. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet. Add almonds and stir-fry 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add frozen pea pods. Stir-fry 2 more minutes. Stir in sliced mushrooms. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to pea pods in skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes more.
