1 can ( 14 oz ) artichoke hearts, quartered and drained.
1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry.
1 clove garlic, minced.
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 Tbs. sour cream
pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350. In a blender, combine all ingredients except Parmesan. Coarse chop and combine well. Spray 1 qt. casserole with cooking spray and pour in mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake 15-20 min. Serve with chips or cucumber slices.
