Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 c. uncooked corkscrew pasta or elbow macaroni 1 lb. ground meat 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1/2 c. French dressing 1/2 head lettuce, shredded Tomatoes, chopped 1/2 - 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped green onions 1/2 c. chopped green bellpepper

Directions:	Directions: Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Chill at least 1 hour. Cook meat in a large skillet until browned, stirring to crumble; drain off drippings. Stir in taco seasoning and French dressing; cool. Combine macaroni, beef mixture, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well. Serve salad immediately. Notes: I use Catalina dressing (recipe in this book) for the French dressing; regular onions if I can't get green; and cherry tomatoes, halved, if I can get them.
