3 c. potatoes, mashed
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar (or less)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter (again)
3/4 c. pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, 1/3 C butter, eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla together and pour in baking dish. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar and flour; cut in butter. Mix in pecans and cinnamon. Spoon on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Potatoes may be baked, mashed and frozen.
