1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 c sugar
1/2 c salted butter softened
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 large egg
2 c flour
1/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
rinse and dry blackberries. if using frozen just thaw and dry
cram sugar and butter add baking powder salt and zest
add eggs and mix
andd flour and mix
add milk.
Mix in berries by hand
drop by rounded tsp and bake at 375 12-15 minutes till light golden brown
