2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or sliced cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Cook broccoli or cauliflower until almost tender. Drain and chop. Mix vegetables and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, about 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Can substitute frozen broccoli or cauliflower, thawed and drained. Do not cook.
