1/2 c. cold water
6 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil and salt in blender. Remove from blender and add flour and sesame seeds. Knead dough. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll out thin on oatmeal (if desired) on a greased cookie sheet. Cut into 1-inch squares with pizza cutter and prick with a fork. You can add salt or seasonings (sprinkle on top, onion/ garlic salt is good). Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
