2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. parmesan
2 14 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tomatoes, diced
2 red onions, died
2 c. spinach leaves, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together, reserving a some of the tomatoes and onions to sprinkle on the top. Spoon into 9x9-inch oven dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until lightly browned. Sprinkle with reserved tomatoes and onions. Eat with chips.
