1 kg ground pork
1 tbsp. + 2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll into logs or make into patties. Freezes well.

Note: This recipe was developed by a missionary in Tanzania in the 60’s and handed down to Church of Christ missionaries for over forty years.
