2 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of Basil
Dash of oregano
Dash of thyme
2 c. tomato juice
2 c. cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour, sugar, and spices. Remove from heat; gradually stir in tomato juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir hot tomato mixture into 2 C cold milk. Heat to almost boiling and serve. (From More With Less)
