1 lb hot or mild sausage
6-8 slices bread, cubed
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs
2 C milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain off excess grease. Place in 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with layer of bread cubes. Top with layer of cheese. Beat eggs with milk, add salt and pepper. Pour over casserole. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. Can prepare the night before and refrigerate to bake the next morning.
