3 cups onion and garlic croutons
2 1/2 cups shredded sharp chedder cheese
1 1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage (hot or mild)
5 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
4 large potatoes cubed and fried or hash browns
1 cn mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spread croutons in 9 by 13 inch baking pan
Spread 2 cups of cheese over croutons and reserve the remaining 1/2 cup
Brown and drain the sausage and spread over hte bread and cheese mixture.
Blend the eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk, mustard, and salt. Pour th mixture over the bread, cheese and sausage.
Spread the potatoes over the other ingrediants and refridgerate over night.

Before baking combine the remaining 3 ingrediants and pour the mixture over the other ingrediants.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Bake covered for 45 minutes, uncover and bake for an additioal 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
