2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2-3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2/3 c. caramel apple dip (or homemade caramel)
1/4 c. pecans/walnuts toasted

Directions:
Bake Black Magic Cake as directed in 2 8-inch round or 2 8-inch square cake pans. Allow to cool and then remove from pans within 10 minutes of being cooled. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and 2 Tbsp milk. Cook 1 minute until sugar melts. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Combine butter mixture with vanilla in a bowl and gradually add powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add additional milk 1 tsp at a time until spreading consistency. Place one cake on a plate and spread half of icing on top. Heat caramel in microwave or on low stovetop and drizzle over top of cake. Add walnuts. Put other cake on top and frost with remaining frosting. Drizzle rest of caramel on top and sprinkle with nuts.
