Ingredients:
8 c. flour
2 tbsp. yeast
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine 4 C flour and yeast. Combine warm water, oil, sugar and salt; add to flour and yeast mixture. Add eggs. Beat at low speed with an electric mixer for 1 minute, scraping the sides of the bowl constantly. Beat for 3 minutes at high speed. By hand, add enough of remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl, turning once to leave the greased side up. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch down 2 more times at 1/2 hour intervals and shape into buns. Let rise until light, about 30 minutes and bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove from baking sheet onto racks for cooling. I cut both ends out of a large can and use one end to cut the dough for hamburger buns. I squeeze the other end together in half so it looks sort of like a pointy oval and use it for hot dog buns, reshaping as needed. Works pretty good.
