6-7 slices bread
8 eggs
2 1/3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Ham or Bacon (already cooked)
Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place in a greased 9x13 pan 6-7 slices bread. Beat eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the bread. Then sprinkle on top ham, cut into small pieces or fried, crumbled bacon.

Sprinkle the cheese on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes covered and then 15 minutes uncovered at 350º. Let sit a few minutes before cutting into squares.
