Fresh sliced pineapple if you can find it ( two )
4oz salmon pieces (two)
One avocado
Fresh chives chopped
Fresh tarragon chopped
Fresh basil
Olive oil
One clove garlic
Salt and pepper
Anchovy paste
Directions:
Directions:
Chop up half cup chives
One quarter cup chopped tarragon
Half cup chopped fresh basil
Use half in small bowl and other half in food processor
Add olive oil to herbs in small bowl
Mix well
Put on top of salmon and pineapple
Get a hot grill going
Add salmon herbs down and pineapple herbs downside
About two three minutes each side
Put avocado into food processor with herbs
Add one clove garlic
Add small amount of anchovy paste and olive oil
Add sm amount of salt and pepper
Process for a minute.

Put pineapple on plate first
Then salmon
Then dressing on top
Delicious!
