1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Beat together.

Slowly add:
3/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. chocolate chips
Refrigerate. Roll into a ball.

You can also roll it in 3/4 c. chopped pecans.
