2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 can (15 ounces) white kidney or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
3 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin (or less if not a fan of this flavor)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 T. minced fresh parsley
Pita breads, cut into wedges and/or fresh veggies

Directions:
Directions:
Place garlic in a food processor; cover and process until minced. Add the beans, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper flakes; cover and process until smooth.
Transfer to a small bowl; stir in parsley. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with pita wedges and/or fresh veggies.
