6 cups cooked popcorn (~1 1/2 bags of microwave, if using)
1 1/2 cups melted almond bark or white chocolate (1 bag of white chocolate morsels)
1/4 cup shortening (if using morsels)
1 1/2 cups White or Yellow cake mix (I used Funfetti)
1/4 cup sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave according to package instructions or in 30 second intervals stirring between until smooth. Add dry cake mix to the chocolate, and stir to combine.
Pour mixture over popcorn in a large bowl and toss to thoroughly coat the popcorn. (using two spoons and toss like a big salad).
Pour the coated popcorn onto a cookie sheet and sprinkle with the sprinkles immediately. Then let sit to cool/harden.
Store in airtight container.
