1 whole chicken breast
6 slices of bacon
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 T. flour
2 T. butter
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
4 oz. swiss cheese, shredded
16 oz. bow tie pasta
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grill, fry, or boil chicken breast until done, cut into bite size pieces. Cook pasta according to package directions, keep warm. Fry bacon and crumble into bite size pieces. Reserve 2 T. bacon fat. Sauté onion and garlic in reserved bacon fat. Add butter to skillet and stir in bouillon and flour. Gradually whisk in half and half over a medium heat and cook to hot and almost bubbly. Stir in cheese, bacon and chicken. Fold mixture with pasta. Serve with Feta salad.
