6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
Seasoned dried bread crumbs
3 tbsp. of olive oil
12 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 jar (16 oz.) of tomato sauce
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F. In a small bowl, mix milk and egg. In a large bowl, mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

2. Roll chicken breasts in milk/egg and then in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken breasts in large baking dish. Place one large square slice of mozzarella cheese on each breast of chicken. Pour tomato sauce over chicken breasts and place second mozzarella square on top of each breast. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over entire dish.

3. Bake for 30-35 min. or until juices run clear. Serve over pasta with garlic bread.
