3/4 cup of Ritz crackers
3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
2 oz. of ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup of melted butter
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6-10 strips of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

2. In a large bowl crush Ritz crackers, mix with parmesan cheese and ranch dressing. Cut raw bacon strips into 1 inch cubes.

3. Roll chicken breasts in melted butter, then roll chicken breasts in Ritz mixture and put into large baking pan. Place bacon pieces on top of each chicken breast evenly.

4. Bake for 40 min. or until juices run clear.
