5 or 6 large yellow potatoes
Rosemary
Garlic powder
Enough olive oil to cover the pan

1. Heat olive oil at a high temperature until it begins to bubble slightly. The oil should cover the bottom of the pan entirely.

2. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Larger cubes make softer potatoes, smaller cubes make crispier potatoes. Pour 2 tbsp. of olive oil over the potatoes, along with 1-2 tsp. of garlic powder and rosemary.

3. Pour the potatoes into the heated olive oil. Let sit for 3-5 min. before turning potatoes over to ensure even texture. Cook for approximately 20 min. in pan.
