3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
5 tsp. yeast
5 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm milk, water, and sugar.
Remove from heat, mix in eggs and yeast. Measure flour into a large bowl. Stir
in salt. Make a well in the flour and pour in milk mixture. DO NOT STIR. Cover
with a lid and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Pour melted margarine into flour,
mix well. Add more flour if too sticky. Knead about 8 minutes. Cover, let rise for
20-30 minutes. Shape into about 36 rolls. Place on greased baking sheets. Let
rise again for 20-30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until
golden brown. Revel in their yeasty goodness.
