2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
5-6 c. flour
2 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and water and heat to 120-130 degrees F. Add 4 C flour and remaining ingredients. Add rest of the flour 1/2 C at a time. Dough will be very sticky. Grease loaf pans (2 regular or 4 small) and sprinkle with cornmeal. Cover and let rise. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes (less if using small pans).
