4 c. flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and let rise. Punch down and form into two loaves. Roll into rectangle and then roll long ways to make french bread shape. Form ends smaller. Place seem side down on baking sheet sprinkled generously with corn meal. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise till doubled, about 40 minutes. Beat together egg and 1 Tbsp water. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees F. Brush egg mixture on top when just starting to brown.
