1 c. avocado
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. With an electric mixer, cream together avocado, oil, and sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla until combined. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon onto lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool on the pan for about 2 minutes. Place them on a cooling rack and allow to rest until cooled completely. People will never guess that these cookies have avocado in them.
