2 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 c. flour
Dash salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 c. icing sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa and sugar; cream in butter. Beat eggs until frothy and add to creamed mixture. Add extract, then flour, salt, and nuts. Mix well. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F in a 9x9-inch square pan. Cool. Make frosting.

Frosting:
Mix frosting ingredients together until smooth. Frost cake and put in fridge while mixing together 1 Tbsp cocoa and 1 Tbsp butter over hot water. Dribble chocolate over frosted cake. Refrigerate 5 minutes, then cut into finger-size strips.
