2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
1/3 c. honey or sugar
1/3 c. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
6 c. flour (whole wheat, white, or mixture)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix in honey, oil and salt. Add flour. Knead dough, adding flour as necessary. (This is a somewhat sticky dough.) Let rise 2 hours. Punch down. Knead a little more. Shape into loaves and let rise another hour. Bake at 350 degrees F for 26 minutes.

For cinnamon rolls:
After the first rise, roll out half the dough into a rectangle. Spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up lengthwise. Slice into one inch rolls. Let rise in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Top with icing if desired.
