12 hard cooked eggs, cooled
1 can, any meat, chicken, deviled ham, mystery meat
1 mini pickle finely chopped, ( relish is a good substitute)
1 tbs salad dressing, (Miracle whip)
1 tsp Dijon Mustard

cut eggs lengthwise in half; remove yolks; place in a bowl; set aside whites on your serving platter; mash yolks with a fork or I use my mixer; add remaining ingredients; mix well. spoon into egg white halves; garnish with paprika if you have it.

This makes a great sandwich spread; chop up the whites and fold them in after you have mixed all the other ingredients. This is a lovely recipie to play with and make it your own.
