- 2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
- 8 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup diced sweet onion
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
- Heat 2 tbsp of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat.
- Add broccoli florets and onion; cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in walnuts; cook 2 minutes.
- Add balsamic vinegar and raisins; cook 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper and remaining 1 tsp olive oil.
