Baby Back Ribs (3pack from Sam's)

Directions:
Cover the bottom of a roasting pan with a thin layer of the sauce. Cut the ribs into the size pieces you like. Place meat side down into the sauce. Spoon more sauce onto the bone side of the ribs. Continue layering in the pan. Cover and bake at 225º for 4-6 hours, rotating and flipping the ribs about ever 30-60 minutes. Brush with more sauce if you think they need it. The longer they cook the more tender they become. Ribs are ready when the meat easily falls off the bones. Before serving place on grill for or few minutes or under the broiler with fresh sauce to give them that right from the grill look.
