1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 lbs cream cheese (24 oz)(3 8 oz)
1 1/4 cup graham crackers
3 T sugar
1/3 C melted butter
1 pt sour cream
1/2 C sugar
1 teas. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, add cream cheese (soft), beat until smooth - Line large pyrex dish with 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crust: 1 1/4 C graham crackers - 3 T sugar, 1/3 C melted butter: Put mixture on crust and bake 20 min at 350º.

Then mix 1 pt sour cream, 1/2 C sugar - 1 teas. vanilla - mix and pour over cake while hot. Bake 5 more minutes.
