1 gallon Chef Italian Dressing
1/2 gallon olive oil
1/2 gallon red wine vinegar
4 cups Burgundy Wine
1 1/2 cups white wine
1 lb. Blue Cheese Crumbled
25 Anchovie filets
1 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. oregano
5 tsp. ground mustard
3 tbl. prepared garlic
2 tbl. crushed red pepper
2 Tbl. italian Seasoning
1/2 Tbl. Black Pepper
1 tsp salt

Put all ingredients in silver bowl and whisk. Blend in blender till creamy.
