3/4 cube butter
1 1/2 cup flour
3 pinches white pepper
2 shakes salt
6 pints half & half
american cheese
Directions:
Directions:
3/4 cube of butter melt in pan then whip 1 1/2 cup of flour, 3 pinches of white pepper, 2 shakes of salt. When heated add 6 pints half & half till heated, then add american cheese to color.
