3lb. chicken gizzards & hearts
3 28 oz. jars Ragu marinara sauce
2 lb rotini pasta
1T olive oil
1med. onion diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chianti wine

Directions:
Directions:
Clean gizzards.
Heat olive oil in skillet cook onion & garlic until soft.
Brown gizzards on all sides, use chianti to deglaze pan . Add meat, marinara sauce & vegetables to crock pot cook on low 4-6 hrs. or until meat is tender . Add cooked pasta to pot stir in. Cook 1 hr. until warmed through. Serves 12
