2 sticks of butter
6 sweet potatoes (yams)
2 1/3c. brown sugar
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in 4 pieces.
Boil potatoes for 20 mins, until soft.
Peel and mash until fine.
Add 2 sticks of melted butter.
Add all other ingredients (except the eggs).
Add the eggs in last and mix in.
Put ingredients into a large casserole baking dish.
Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
