4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. American chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato paste or sauce
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 qt. water

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients with 1 C water in blender. Mix with tomato sauce and rest of water. Heat to boiling and simmer for 30 minutes.
