1-3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, mix butter and peanut butter. Add sugars until creamy and well blended. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually stir in flour.

Roll into 1" balls, and cover in sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 12 minutes. Press an unwrapped kiss into the top of each warm cookie. Makes 36-48 cookies.
