2 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Karo syrup

Directions:
Cook ingredients to "soft ball" stage using candy thermometer. remove from heat and allow to cool until just slightly warm. Beat with a mixer until thickened and creamy, then pour into a buttered pan. When firm, cut into pieces. Oh mama!
