12 c. white popcorn (1 bag OKE-DOKE popcorn)
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Dressing:
2 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar

In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Stir to coat.
