2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F. Whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Work in butter and vanilla. Add 2 cups of chopped pecans and mix well. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining pecans. Place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. Yields approximately 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
