1/2 cup red bell chopped
1/2 cup green bell chopped
1 cup onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup small green olives
1/4 cup water
4 oz anheims diced
3 Tbs lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp white pepper
marinara
capers to taste
Directions:
Directions:
1) Saute all ingredients and mix w/ small amount of marinara* to hold together.

2) Place over sauteed, grilled or bake fish. Heat in broiler.
