4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. maple syrup
2 Tbs. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F. Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Stir wet into dry just until moistened. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans and bake for 60-70 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before turning onto wire racks to cool completely.
