2 onions, chopped
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 pkg. white tea sandwich bread
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
mayonnaise
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Caramelize onions in olive oil until browned, sticky, and sweet (about 20 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside. Mix together cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of each piece of bread. Top with caramelized onions. Spread top of onions with a little mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika. Bake approximately 15-20 minutes until bubbly. A great appetizer for parties!
