1 c. vanilla wafers, finely crushed
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
2 Tbs. cocoa powder
2 Tbs. light corn syrup
1/4 c. rum
1/2 c. fine granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, confectioners sugar, 1 c. pecans and cocoa. Add corn syrup and rum and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Roll half of balls in granulated sugar and the other half in the remaining pecans. Store in airtight container. Makes 3 dozen.
