Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 egg white, beaten stiff
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbs. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º F. Combine sugar and flour and add to egg whites. Add vanilla and mix well to make batter. Coat the pecan halves one at a time. (Don't get in a hurry with this part.) Lightly grease cookie sheet and place battered pecans onto pan leaving plenty of space between so they don't run together. Bake pecans for 30 minutes, turn the oven off and leave the nuts in the oven an additional 30 minutes. When they are cool, store in an air-tight container. Absolutely delicious!
