1 c. butter
3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. each salt and baking soda
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour THREE times. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, nuts and vanilla to creamed mixture. Form dough into log roll shape about 1 1/2" in diameter and roll in wax paper. Refrigerate overnight. Slice thin and bake at 400º F for 8-10 minutes. Crisp, delicious, and highly addictive!
